A cookie is a small file with information that your browser stores on your device. Information in this file is typically shared with the owner of the site in addition to potential partners and third parties to that business. The collection of this information may be used in the function of the site and/or to improve your experience.

To give you the best experience possible, we use the following types of cookies:

• Strictly Necessary. As a web application, we require certain necessary cookies to run our service.
• Preference. We use preference cookies to help us remember the way you like to use our service.
• Some cookies are used to personalize content and present you with a tailored experience. For example, location could be used to give you services and offers in your area.
• Analytics. We collect analytics about the types of people who visit our site to improve our service and product.
• Marketing. We share cookies with third party advertisers and/or partners to help provide you with a personalized marketing experience.

We also allow third party partners to put their own cookies on our website.

The following third-party services are loaded on our website and may set cookies or similar identifiers on your device:

• Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics — used to measure how visitors find and use our website. See Google’s privacy policy.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — used to measure the performance of our advertising and to show you relevant offers. See Meta’s cookie policy.
• Booking engine providers — used to carry your reservation through the booking process.
• Live chat — used to keep your conversation with our team available while you browse.

You can change your mind at any time through the Cookie Preferences link in the footer of every page. Analytics and Marketing services do not run until you allow them, and turning them off again stops them.

Most browsers also let you review, block, and delete cookies from their settings, and offer a "do not track" setting. Blocking cookies will not prevent you from browsing our website, but some features — including the booking process — may not work as intended.

You can also opt out of specific measurement and advertising services directly with the providers:

• Google Analytics: Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on
• Advertising networks: the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out portal and the Network Advertising Initiative
